Knowledge Company

In a time of global change, the financial sector finds itself in a state of upheaval

New challenges are arising in the market and wealthy people are developing new requirements. Kaiser Partner was quick to anticipate these trends. It has set the right tone on the market with, for example, Responsible Investing and tax compliance strategies. If we are to remain a reliable advisor, we believe that now more than ever we need to make sure we have the necessary expertise – particularly, but not exclusively, in the areas of wealth and succession planning, finance and economics, the law and tax. That is why we, as a Knowledge Company, are keen to encourage even greater interdisciplinary cooperation and to keep building up knowledge within the firm. Besides technical skills and know-how, we are also committed to train emotional intelligence and empathy.

In-house Academy fosters individual career development

The most obvious consequence of this approach was the establishment of our own Academy in 2010. This is our core facility for internal training and development, providing the employees of Kaiser Partner with comprehensive support as they seek to develop their professional expertise and individual capabilities. The Chairman of the Academy is Otmar Hasler, Member of the Board of Directors of Kaiser Partner and former Prime Minister of Liechtenstein. His involvement underlines the high priority given to training and development within the company.

"We try to understand the big picture, and we encourage innovation. We are prepared to take responsibility."

Fritz Kaiser
