Pessimist, optimist or protagonist?
Kaiser Partner develops individual Wealth Management solutions for wealthy people all over the world. Following the principle of “Responsibility in Wealth”, it manages and invests its clients’ assets sustainably and responsibly. Our demanding international clientele expects us to provide advice and support that matches its requirements and values. One of the main reasons we can meet this challenge successfully is that we have the skilled and motivated employees required for the job.
Kaiser Partner, which was created in 2006, offers comprehensive Wealth Management solutions. Around 145 people work at its offices in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and Zollikon (Switzerland).
For people looking to join us at all levels, we can provide attractive professional challenges and excellent career prospects in a dynamic sector. We offer an attractive working environment, a comprehensive benefits package and fair salaries that reflect performance.
New challenges are arising in the market and wealthy people are developing new requirements. Kaiser Partner was quick to anticipate these trends. It has set the right tone on the market with, for example, Responsible Investing and tax compliance strategies. If we are to remain a reliable advisor and partner for international asset management, we believe that now more than ever we need to make sure we have the necessary expertise – particularly, but not exclusively, in the areas of finance and economics, the law and tax. That is why we, as a Knowledge Company, are keen to encourage even greater interdisciplinary cooperation and to keep building up knowledge within the firm. This requires our employees to demonstrate team spirit and a commitment to perform to the best of their abilities.
The most obvious consequence of this approach was the establishment of our own Academy in 2010. This is our core facility for internal training and development, providing the employees of Kaiser Partner with comprehensive support as they seek to develop their professional expertise and individual capabilities. The Chairman of the Academy is Otmar Hasler, Member of the Board of Directors of Kaiser Partner and former Prime Minister of Liechtenstein. His involvement underlines the high priority given to training and development within the company.
"We try to understand the big picture, and we encourage innovation. We are prepared to take responsibility."
Every year, Kaiser Partner offers vocational apprenticeships, lasting three years, to a number of young people who have recently completed their secondary school (Sekundarschule in Switzerland, Realschule in Liechtenstein). During the course, Kaiser Partner’s apprentices gain a comprehensive insight into one of Liechtenstein’s leading financial companies.
Our apprentices work in an attractive environment and are looked after by the company’s own mentors and occupational training managers.
The aim is to ensure that every apprentice completes the program successfully and earns the relevant federal certificates and diplomas. Our apprentices are given a solid foundation on which to build their careers.
We look forward to receiving your application!
When possible, Kaiser Partner offers internships lasting several months to people studying business, law and finance. An internship gives you an insight into working life at a leading Liechtenstein Wealth Management company.
We are interested in people who are motivated, hardworking and who like to work in a team – and have already completed their undergraduate studies. You should work with us for six to twelve months to ensure you get a rounded view of the company. Come and get your first practical experience of working life with us. We look forward to receiving your application!
As an internationally active wealth manager, Kaiser Partner competes with many other financial service providers. Our consistent engagement with groundbreaking topics such as tax compliance and Responsible Investing has made us a pioneer in many ways, not just in Liechtenstein but in the wider financial industry. However, global developments make it clear that we have to keep moving forward.
One of the main reasons why we are able to do this lies in the excellent quality, flexibility and commitment of our employees. Kaiser Partner offers comprehensive support to help them with their challenging work – through the Academy and by providing excellent benefits and performance-related remuneration.
We are continually expanding our skills base so we can continue to prosper in this dynamic environment. Consequently we are looking for skilled employees who can take on the challenges created by change and actively help shape the future of Kaiser Partner. We look forward to receiving your application!
