Verena is a specialist in Liechtenstein wealth and succession planning.
With over 15 years of experience, she understands the domiciliation of complex private and corporate structures, family offices, and investment funds in Liechtenstein.
Verena joined Kaiser Partner in 2005, advising international families and entrepreneurs as part of our trust management team. From there, she became Deputy Head Group Legal of Kaiser Partner, focusing on legal, tax compliance and regulatory issues.
In 2011, Verena became legal advisor to Fritz Kaiser, working on group-wide strategies and initiatives. In 2018, she became head trust services.
Verena obtained an international business studies magister and law doctorate at the University of Innsbruck. She completed a master of laws degree at MCI Innsbruck/Frankfurt Business School in international business and tax law.
Verena is fluent in German and English.
